The staff is awesome and the food is decent.

Marvellous location around 10-15 minutes walk from Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque.

Greatly enjoyed how good value the property was and its very, very nice staff with service and staff. This was a good and decent location next to Saudi Arabia in future as well as Haram Al Madinah center.

Appreciated it during our excellent stay. Everything was good, though we stayed for 2 nights only. The breakfast was satisfactory and had plenty of food.

The hotel was clean and offered reasonable prices. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Booked the venue for its particularly good and decent location near restaurants and mini markets as well as mini markets. It also was by staff outside lots of parking area available. The view was good, the service was great. Furthermore, free parking nearby was useful. The stay was relaxing, would recomand.

Great breakfast and helpful staff! Be prepared for a long walk to the mosque.

The newly renovated interiors were elegant and comfortable. The air-conditioned room featured a cozy seating area with a tv, and the bathrooms were clean with complimentary toiletries. The staff were accommodating.

Wi-Fi connection could be spotty at times.

The Standard Triple Room was pretty spacious. I liked that it was clean and modern. Plus, the free breakfast was a nice touch-it had good variety! A few amenities were missing, but overall it felt nice for the price we've paid.

The location is excellent-just a short walk to the Haram-and the breakfast was really good! Although the windows leaked a bit, the staff's attentiveness made up for it.

The spacious, clean room provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and the staff was warm, especially Nawef at check-in. Breakfast was a good feast that added an extra sparkle to my mornings!

I appreciated the elegant, newly renovated interiors, made navigating the hotel easy. The room was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean with modern fixtures. The staff were always accommodating and attentive to my needs throughout my stay.

We loved the spacious rooms and the cleanliness . The staff were accommodating, even providing us with adjacent rooms for our family and dog. Breakfast had a great variety, too.

My wife says that the deposit hassle added unnecessary stress during check-in.
